Kyawa Communications’ manufacturing unit is an industry leader in the manufacturing and assembly of wired systems and cable assemblies used in the following applications-Telecommunications, Industrial Electronics, Automation, Signaling and Military markets. Kyawa Communications also provides world-class turnkey manufacturing solutions. These services help our customers augment their production capacity without compromising product quality.

Quality at Kyawa Communications begins with extensive materials review. Incoming inspections assure compliance to internal and external specifications. Kyawa Communications’ manufacturing unit has implemented a Quality System using the ISO 9000 quality management requirements. This system guides us to our goal of “zero defects to our customers”. Kyawa Communications can provide state of the art automated testing on site. Test capabilities include mechanical stability testing and electronic testing for continuity, dielectric breakdown and signal performance. Specific testing is also available for measuring fiber optic cable performance. Kyawa Communications has the ability to apply industry standard or custom test applications to meet our customer’s needs.

Kyawa Communications’ manufacturing unit maintains listings with the following agencies that provide third party certifications: Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and Intertek Testing Services (ETL) (Semko). These agency approvals provide our customers with independent third party safety certifications and listings for their end products. Kyawa Communications’ manufacturing unit practices the requirements and acceptance criteria identified in IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies.
